Chair Massage for Every Body
The Original Chair Massage Technique Course
Whether you already do chair or table massage, are a health care professional, provide personal care services, or simply want to improve the quality of life for your friends and family, this course is for you.
TouchPro’s comprehensive chair massage program provides 32 videos and 30 downloadable PDFs that take you step-by-step through the process of learning a core 15-minute upper body sequence. Additional preview and practice videos guide you through the whole sequence or any individual part.
You will also learn critical screening and hygiene protocols and, in the Bonus Lessons, you can read about the history of chair massage, how to do a chair massage without a massage chair, why you need to pay attention to the possibility of fainting, and much more.
This is the first time the original course in chair massage is being offered online just as it was developed and taught by David Palmer, the “father” of chair massage. Since 1986, tens of thousands of students in hundreds of seminars around the world have studied this massage program.
That year David also introduced the first professional massage chair making skillful touch accessible to everyone. Unlike table massage, chair massage is simpler, quicker, requires no oils, disrobing, or private rooms, and it can be learned by almost anyone.

Read MoreI took the TouchPro course in person in the 1990's and have been doing this massage ever since. I just finished reviewing the course on line and it is every bit as thorough as the "live" class was. The video is high quality which is enjoyable to watch. I particularly was interested in the PDF portion. Location of specific points and explanations were fantastic. Thank you for the work you put into this on line course. When you've been doing this for over 2 decades, it's easy to let your accuracy slip and a brush-up is essential. Now that this work is on my computer I have a tool that is at my fingertips again. Some things never change...practice, practice, practice.

Read MoreDavid Palmer's chair massage course is highly detailed and well presented. I took the actual workshop many years ago so the online version was a review for me-- and proved just as great and useful now as it was when I first took the workshop in person in the '80s. The course contains a lot of information and is well worth the time and effort needed to learn and master the technique. The shiatsu-based form is in itself is a beautiful and effective approach for onsite corporate event work. It's both challenging and fun to learn, and it is my go-to method for event work. The technique is quite specific, and it calls upon the practitioner to develop and refine a more profound depth of sensitivity in their work. Giving is receiving and vice versa in this work. Clients are always amazed at how they feel at the end of a short session on my chair! I highly recommend the course that was created for us by the "Father of Chair Massage"-- David Palmer.

Read MoreThe course was well-organized and easy to access and follow. I liked the videos and the PDFs of all the lessons. I liked the weekly review of course progress I got. It was a very thorough and well explained method of doing chair massage. I recommend it to a therapist wanting to expand his/her value as a chair massage therapist.
